Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Contract role is available for a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with CCC credentials to provide support at a K-12 school located in Easton, MD. This opportunity offers flexibility to work either onsite or virtually, focusing on teletherapy and traditional school-based SLP services.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations for a caseload averaging 48 students, primarily elementary-aged with approximately 12 high school students
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Delivering direct therapy services either in person or through teletherapy platforms
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school district policies
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working within school settings, preferably K-12
- Proficiency in teletherapy service delivery
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 48 students effectively
